BOXING CAN BE CATEGORIZED BY THE THREE “C’s”:

a.Cardio – explosive and advanced cardio work on 80 pound heavy bags! Learning proper technique while building incredible endurance!

b. Core – A major component to Boxing is core work. The sessions include a lot of abdominal exercises, while keeping your heart rate up!

c. Calories – One 45-min. session could burn 800-1,000 calories!*

Tuesday: 12:30-1:15pm
