JORO Fitness specializes in one-on-one personal training. Partner and group training sessions are also available.

Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes in length, and can be purchased individually, or in packages of six, twelve, or twenty-four.

The larger the package, the greater the savings!


Services Include:

Functional Training:
Functional training is an effective form of exercise that trains several muscle groups simultaneously. Doing this allows you to execute movements performed in everyday life more efficiently. Sport-Specific Training:
With a more comprehensive focus than other training styles, our sport-specific training emphasizes both the physical and mental components necessary in athletic competition. Progess will be monitored closely through strength, speed, power, agility, and endurance exercise, while honing mental-preparedness, injury prevention, and recovery techniques.


Post Re-habilitation:
Post-rehabilitation with Joro Fitness will elevate your physical success to new levels. Once you are discharged from physical therapy, we will help you regain your strength, mobility, stamina, and balance, while preventing further injury through corrective and postural exercise. You will be back to your old self in no time!


Body Building:
Clients who are interested in building, toning, and sculpting their physique love Joro Fitness’s body building training program. Structured around a realistic schedule that you provide, we will tailor a detailed regimen that consists of both split and full-body exercise routines. This type of training will also include food recommendations for maximal muscular enhancement. You will love the new “you”!
